This Withdrawal & Refund Policy applies to digital online courses, workshops, course bundles, and workshop bundles offered by

All courses, workshops, and bundles are offered for a one-time payment. Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, the regular access period is 12 months from activation. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring payment.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
For the digital content offered here, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform FashionSketch of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.
The withdrawal may be submitted in particular by email or — provided that the statutory right of withdrawal still exists — through the electronic withdrawal function available on our website.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Immediate Supply of Digital Content and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Our online courses, workshops, and digital bundles contain digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
If you would like FashionSketch to begin supplying the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, your express consent will be obtained during checkout before the order is completed.
In particular, you confirm:
- that FashionSketch may begin supplying the digital content before the withdrawal period has expired; and
- that you understand that you will lose your right of withdrawal in relation to this digital content once supply begins.
For paid digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once supply begins if the statutory requirements are met: FashionSketch has begun supplying the content, you have expressly consented to the early commencement of supply and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal, and FashionSketch has provided you with the required contract confirmation.
Where applicable, the order or contract confirmation will also document your consent to the early commencement of supply and your acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal. For digital content, this is expressly provided for under Section 312f (3) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Where an offer additionally includes a service, for example an expressly agreed live service, different statutory provisions concerning the right of withdrawal may apply.
3. Consequences of a Valid Withdrawal
If a statutory right of withdrawal exists and you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund payments received under the withdrawn contract in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Following a valid withdrawal and the corresponding refund, access to the affected courses, workshops, or bundles may be terminated. The respective digital content may no longer be used or made available to third parties.
4. Individual Courses, Workshops, and Bundles
Individual courses, individual workshops, course bundles, and workshop bundles are each offered as a one-time purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, you receive 12 months of access to the purchased content from the date of activation.
For bundles, the relevant product description specifies which courses or workshops are included.
Access ends automatically after the 12-month access period.
There is no automatic renewal and no subscription. If you would like to regain access after the access period has ended, a new purchase is required.
5. Other Refunds and Billing Errors
Outside statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty rights, or other mandatory consumer rights, there is no general entitlement to a refund solely because a course or workshop has not been used or has only been partially used.
Confirmed duplicate payments or demonstrable billing errors will, of course, be corrected or refunded.

7. Electronic Withdrawal Function
Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, the withdrawal may also be submitted using the electronic withdrawal function available on our website:
Withdraw from contract:
The electronic withdrawal function must remain easily accessible and prominently available while a statutory withdrawal period is running. Among other things, it must allow the consumer and the relevant contract to be identified and must subsequently provide an explicit confirmation function for the withdrawal.
After the withdrawal is submitted, FashionSketch must promptly provide an electronic acknowledgement confirming the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
Important: A standard contact page does not automatically satisfy these requirements. A general contact page should therefore not be used as the electronic “Withdraw from contract” function unless it actually provides the withdrawal functionality required under Section 356a BGB, including the confirmation step and electronic acknowledgement of receipt.
